Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, artwork, book covers, designs and other materials on this website are owned by, controlled by or licensed to Fat Rice Ventures or their respective rights holders. You must not copy, reproduce or distribute them without permission, except where permitted by law.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock or complete a purchase. CHECKOUT opens a form to collect your contact and delivery details. Continuing to WhatsApp prepares a message containing these details, your selected items, quantities and subtotal. You review and send the message yourself in WhatsApp.

Availability, delivery charges, the final order total and payment arrangements are confirmed directly before payment. The website does not currently process card payments or collect card details. Orders are confirmed when we confirm receipt of payment and acceptance of the order.

Product information

We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Where an error affects an order, we will contact you to clarify it before proceeding. We do not substitute products or change a confirmed order without contacting you.

Any gift included with a book is as described in the applicable offer and confirmed order. Keep your order confirmation and proof of payment.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Once payment is confirmed, changes or cancellations due to a change of mind are not accepted. Claims concerning wrong, damaged or undelivered goods are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Comments and communications

Contact us at fatriceventures@gmail.com with feedback or questions. You are responsible for material you submit and must not send unlawful, abusive or obscene content, or material that infringes another person's rights.

Marketing

Where we send promotional communications, you can ask to stop receiving them by contacting fatriceventures@gmail.com or using an unsubscribe option provided in the message. Order-related communications may still be needed to complete a purchase or handle a request.

This website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before sharing personal information. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.
