Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products ordered directly from Fat Rice Ventures through nickylim.com. Delivery arrangements and charges are confirmed with you before payment.

Shipping addresses

We ship to the delivery address you provide for your order. Please provide a correct, complete address and a reachable phone number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If goods are returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, any applicable re-delivery charges will be explained before another delivery attempt.

Changing your delivery address

Email fatriceventures@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of submitting your order, if you need to correct your address. We can only confirm a change where the shipment has not already been dispatched or committed to the delivery partner.

Changes requested later, including more than 24 hours after order confirmation, may incur additional delivery charges if the parcel has already been processed or dispatched. We will explain any applicable charges and whether a change is still possible.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is two to five working days, Monday to Friday, after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery generally takes place during weekday office hours, subject to the courier's schedule and destination.

We will confirm delivery availability and charges for your destination when arranging your order. Courier delays, public holidays and circumstances outside our control may affect arrival times. Contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe.

Tracking and order confirmation

When the delivery partner has collected your parcel and tracking information is available, we will share it through the contact channel used for your order. Keep your order confirmation and proof of payment.

Delivery problems

For an incorrect, damaged, missing or undelivered order, contact fatriceventures@gmail.com with your order details. These requests are handled together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

For shipping questions, contact Fat Rice Ventures at fatriceventures@gmail.com. We may update this policy as our delivery arrangements change. Delivery terms confirmed for an existing order continue to apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
